Domestic Shipping:
All packages ship from the UK.
All orders will ship in 7 - 10 business days unless ottherwise stated.
All packages will be shipped via courier and require a signature.
International Shipping:
Currently, I do not ship outside the UK, however, I will be looking in to the logistics of offering this service in the very near future.
Each item is printed, and hand embellished where applicable, to order. Please allow plenty of time for delivery.

Returns:
Return policy for Michelle Whitmore Artographer:
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All of my fine art prints are made to order. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your purchase was damaged during the delivery process please email photographs of the damage to michelle@michellewhitmore.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and if something goes wrong, I will make it right.
For prints and products that arrive in perfect condition, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold an inventory.
Disclaimer:
Colour differences: I try to make the colour on screen (brightness all the way up) as close as possible to the piece that I send to you.
Each piece is made to order so may vary slightly from the image shown.
